1General Terms

Hibaazi (domain: hibaazi.im) is an online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh and other approved regions. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Hibaazi and its users.

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. For significant changes, Hibaazi will send a notification to your registered email or via the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Hibaazi reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any user's account or access to its services at any time if a breach of these terms is established.

2Account & Registration

To use Hibaazi, you will need to create a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

• Each individual may only One Account open. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and any remaining funds may be forfeited.
• The registrant must be at least 18 years be required. Identity documents or other proof may be requested for age verification purposes.
• Your account username and password must be kept strictly confidential. Transferring or sharing your account is not permitted under any circumstances.
• Creating or accessing an account from any unauthorized country or region is not permitted.

Deposit

Withdrawal

• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled before the match begins, the bet will be refunded.

6Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

• Accessing the platform from an unauthorized region using a VPN or proxy.

7Limitation of Liability

Hibaazi is committed to delivering the highest quality of service on its platform; however, there are certain limitations to its liability.

• Hibaazi is not responsible for any loss caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures on the user's end, or disruptions to third-party services.
• Hibaazi is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account credentials (password).
• Game outcomes are determined by RNG and are entirely independent — no specific result can be guaranteed.
• For any technical issues, Hibaazi's maximum liability is limited to the account balance at the time of the incident.

8Account Closure & Suspension

You may request to close your account at any time. Simply contact the support team via email or live chat and your account will be closed within 24 hours.

Hibaazi may suspend or terminate an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• A directive or court order from a legal authority.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Before an account is closed, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance — unless the closure is due to fraud.

9Responsible Gaming

• Self-Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
